Volunteer Action with IB Students from Moraitis School in the Mt. Hymettus Aesthetic Forest

Philodassiki had the pleasure of welcoming students from the IB1 (International Baccalaureate Year 1) of Moraitis School, as part of their CAS (Creativity – Activity – Service) programme.

During their visit, the group toured the Aesthetic Forest and learned about the history, mission, and work of Philodassiki. The visit continued with hands-on volunteer work at the nursery, where students helped care for young trees.

We warmly thank teachers Eleni Dounia, Despina Mouzaki, and Lilly Papagianni for their collaboration—and of course, the students for their enthusiasm and meaningful participation.

Philodassiki remains active and open to actions, ideas, and initiatives that connect the younger generation with nature and the value of protecting it.
