Olive Oil Donation to the Hatzikiriakio Child Care Institution

On Monday, February 2, we visited the Hatzikiriakio Child Care Institution and were delighted to donate olive oil from this year’s production.

The olive oil comes from the harvesting program of the Historical Olive Grove and is part of Philodassiki’s long-standing practice of offering olive oil, whenever it is produced, to charitable organizations. After several years without fruiting – due to challenging climatic conditions and water scarcity, as the olive trees of the Historical Olive Grove are not irrigated – this year’s weather conditions once again allowed the trees to bear fruit.

We warmly thank everyone who contributed to this year’s harvest and to the completion of this journey: members of the Philodassiki team, collaborators, participants in the Volunteer Days program, Alpha Bank employees, and school students who took part through our educational programs.
